ASSOCIATE/SENIOR ASSOCIATE 

  • Able to attend case management, hearing AND/OR trial

  • Able to perform advocacy skills, draft cause papers and submission

  • Opportunity to be involved in international desk eg. Singapore, China, Thailand, United State, United Kingdom

  • To do opinion writing, conduct research and give independent opinion

  • To plan and execute projects and/or tasks to complete various matters

  • To practice diverse areas of laws

  • Able to adapt to and execute Firm’s directions and/or instructions

  • Able to handle pressure well and work as a team

LITIGATION ASSISTANT 

  • Able to attend case management, trial and /or hearing

  • Able to perform advocacy skills & have good research skills (Legal authorities based)

  • Decent drafting skills on cause papers and submissions

  • Able to comply with instructions, handle pressure well & meet tight timelines

  • Able to practice diverse areas of laws (Litigation)

  • Highly committed to complete assigned task and willing to learn

  • To assist the Firm to handle matters across various departments

  • Hardworking and a team player

 

CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT  

  • Handle conveyancing task as required by the job scope

  • Prepare & attend to legal documents for conveyancing work

  • Familiar with sale and purchase of property and loan transaction

  • Assist with corresponding and/or communicating with clients, banks and/or various authorities

  • Highly committed to complete assigned tasks and willing to learn

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to update superiors on a timely manner according to instructions given

  • Diligent and responsible to meet tight timelines

  • Friendly and have good working attitude

 

PUPIL-IN-CHAMBERS 

  • To conduct research and involve in drafting of documents and other ad hoc matters assigned by superiors

  • Liaise with relevant parties, authorities and able to assist in handling matters across various departments

  • Proficiency and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Highly motivated, hardworking, proactive, willing to learn and have good work ethics

  • Possessed LLB, CLP, or other equivalent qualification

  • Able to follow instructions & work in a team

ACCOUNTANT 

  • Support our finance team on accounting matters

  • Prepare accounting entries, bookkeeping and maintain accurate account records

  • Ensure that all AP payments are documented accurately and properly approved prior to timely payments

  • Generate aging reports & perform posting of payments and cash receipts to debtor accounts in timely and accurate manner

  • Perform monthly reconciliation (Bank, AP and AR) and ensure timely updates of cash balances

  • Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintaining proper filing and record system

  • Willing to learn and/or perform full set of accounts

  • Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned

ADMIN/ACCOUNT ASSISTANT 

  • Opportunity to support our finance team on accounting matters

  • Prepare accounting entries and maintain accurate accounting records

  • Responsible for administrative support including data entry, and monitor all relevant document required status report

  • Willing to learn and/or perform full set of accounts

  • Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintaining proper filing and record system

  • To assist the firm to handle matters across various departments

  • Perform daily general and administrative duties

  • Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned
